If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply contact our Customer Service department (by email at info@animalpharmacystore.com as soon as you have received your goods and explain that you wish to return the product.
N.B: No refund will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty. Refund can only be honored if the product(s) are returned intact.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING A PRODUCT AND ASK FOR A “CUSTOMER RETURNS FORM”. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION FROM ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
